Unstoppable and tireless: these words perfectly describe Suzi Quatro whose work ethic is impeccable, with the lady’s latest string of records – two recent being 2021’s “The Devil In Me” and collaboration with KT Tunstall, "Face To Face" from 2023 – being nothing short of brilliantly infectious. And now, among all her touring on different continents, the miniscule warbler came up with another album which will see the light of day on March 27th and feature a duet with fellow Detroiter Alice Cooper.
The track the two veterans join forces on is “Kick Out The Jams” by another bunch of Michiganders, MC5, and the entire album – preceded by the titular single (listen to it below) is called “Freedom”: it includes a dozen tracks, with a bonus available on a special edition, one of several formats the platter is offered in. A great offering with a great message.
