BLACK SABBATH Rewrite History

BLACK SABBATH: and then there were three?

BLACK SABBATH:
and then there were three?

Here’s a photo of BLACK SABBATH that shared today on their Facebook page. Yes, that’s a trio from the ’70s, not a quartet, and that’s clearly a result of the recent exchange of statements between Ozzy Osbourne and Bill Ward – which basically coincided with the release of the drummer’s solo album and the singer’s announcement of the band’s plan for a 2016 record, to be their last ever – where Ozzy once more humiliated Bill.

Not a graceful farewell anyway, even if the record will be as good as “13”, yet it turns into a total disgrace now that Bill’s been cropped off of the SABS picture. A petty revenge, one reminding of Osbourne’s previous attempt to rewrite history by replacing Lee Kerslake and Bob Daisley’s parts on the reissues of his solo albums, and reclaiming the group’s name from Iommi at the time of Ronnie James Dio‘s third stint with them. Dirty deed, indeed.
