The 25-year-old Tel Aviv indie artist is releasing his most ambitious project yet.

There’s something quietly bold about naming your album Season 3. It implies there were seasons before it — stories already told, chapters already closed. For Daniel, a 25-year-old indie rock/pop artist from Israel, the title isn’t just a metaphor. It’s a statement of arrival.
He opened his campaign with “Virginia, Turn Around” — a first single that immediately establishes the emotional register of this project. It’s a song addressed to someone. Direct, personal, the kind of title that makes you feel like you’ve walked in on the middle of a conversation. There’s urgency in those three words — a plea, maybe, or a warning. It introduced Daniel not as a genre exercise, but as a storyteller.
The second single, “California,” continues that thread. Whether California is a place or a person — or both — it carries the same quality as its predecessor: a sense of longing directed outward, at something just out of reach. Together, the two singles sketch the emotional world of Season 3 — a record about people, distances, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
The album’s final pre-release single will be the self-titled “Season 3” — the thesis statement of the whole project, saved for last. It’s a confident move. Rather than hiding what the record is about, Daniel lets you arrive there yourself, through Virginia and California first, earning the title track by the time it lands.
The live chapter unfolds in June, when Daniel headlines at Levontin 7 — Tel Aviv’s celebrated grunge basement that has made a name for itself as a concert hall for respected artists, and a haven for independent musicians with unique artistic voices.
Founded in 2006 and drawing inspiration from 1990s New York clubs, it’s one of those rooms where the right show at the right moment becomes a story people tell. This feels like one of those moments.
Virginia. California. Season 3. Three titles, one emotional arc — and an artist who knows exactly where he’s going.
“Virginia, Turn Around” is out now. “California” follows next. The album Season 3 and a headline show at Levontin 7, Tel Aviv, arrive in June 2026
