Outside of the YES circle or close to its edge, there’s no stopping for Billy Sherwood and Tony Kaye’s collaboration. Last heard together on the former’s solo album and, before that, on a Marcello Paganini’s record, this year the two are to release two sets, a concert and a studio one. Second to be issued, on July 8th, is a new CIRCA work, “Valley Of The Windmill” but, before that, there’s “Live in Japan: Expanded Edition”: scheduled for an April 22nd, it’s a 2CD and a DVD set which see the pair, accompanied by backing tracks, perform solo tracks as well as pieces from the CIRCA CONSPIRACY, YOSO, TOTO and YES catalogues.
