While JETHRO TULL fans speculate on a potential 40th Anniversary reissue of “Living In The Past” as a box set – there’s even a tentative tracklist traveling from forum to forum, – the ensemble seem to be preparing the release of the concert recordings done in Switzerland, for a TV broadcast, on November 15th, 2008. The double album titled “Live From Baloise Session” will make it to CD and vinyl on June 13th.
Of course, this live document is quite familiar to the band’s aficionados, as it was out as “Live at AVO Session Basel” back in 2009 – but solely on DVD. Still, as the last non-archival official offering from the time when Martin Barre served as Ian Anderson‘s lieutenant, it’s worth paying attention to.
