To many, MUNGO JERRY is a thing of the past; to Ray Dorset, the band always signified the present. And while his combo’s 2022 album “Somelight” attained some traction, its follow-up “Undefinable” that was released a couple of weeks ago may attract more listeners, because this record seems more varied.
With an autobiographical slant, “Undefinable” is rumored to be Dorset’s farewell, yet you can never say for sure with Ray – that’s what the platter’s title refers to in some way.
