John Verity hops the pitch

Most famous for his stint with ARGENT but shining the brightest on his own band’s albums, John Verity is a top-notch guitarist and a fine singer who might keep a low profile while releasing solid records on a regular basis. His latest, “Tone Hound On The Last Train To Corona,” out now, is no exclusion. “I’m really proud of this one, its the usual mix of my versions of great ‘standards’ plus some original material,” says John.

And Verity has all the reason’s to feel so, what with his interesting takes on “Everyday I Have The Blues” and “Love Hurts” as well as opener “I Put A Spell On You,” and the veteran’s collaboration with a nice array of kindred spirits.
