If there’s anything predictable about Fernando Perdomo, it’s his unpredictability that occasionally encompasses even such customary Fern features as his headgear and facial hair. No one can ever know when the American musician delivers a fresh collection of original pieces like "Self" or collaborative effort like "Art" – or drive another tribute album like "Ram On" which celebrated a certain McCartney classic. What’s also permanent about this performer is his love for Todd Rundgren – Perdomo’s a Todd nut – which already got manifested in his "Someone/Anyone?" project. And now Fernando found a way to combine it with his admiration of a Hall & Oates platter of a five-decade vintage.
