One of the most respectable British guitarists, Snowy White is rather well-known for his collaborative efforts – being a member of THIN LIZZY, bolstering PINK FLOYD’s concert backline, recording with Peter Green, playing live with Roger Waters – but not so much for his solo career, despite an impressive array of top-notch blues-based albums under his name or under his name and THE WHITE FLAMES as an accompanying ensemble. That’s the credit on 2020’s “Something On Me” – yet not on its forthcoming follow-up, titled “Driving On The 44” and scheduled to be released on July 22nd.
There’s no details as to who the other players on the veteran’s new platter are, the only available bit of info, apart from tracklist and cover artwork, being the fact that it’s to be issued not only on CD but also, as these days’ fashion is, on vinyl.
